This is such a busy month for everyone.
It's when you attend end-of-year work break ups, catch-up with friends over lunch or dinner, rush to buy last minute Xmas gifts and start to prepare for the Christmas day celebrations.
It's a time to reflect on things that you are thankful for in your life. For me, it's family, friends, wellbeing, health and happiness.
We live in such a face-paced society, and it's ok to slow down. Give ourselves permission to have a self-care day, self-reflect and have a positive attitude.
FRIDA KAHLO PAINT SESSION
I had suh a fun night with my sister sipping wine and mixing colours to paint Frida Kahlo, Mexican artist in 3hrs.
Thanks to our host Marnie from Pinot and Picasso (Gippsland) who expertly guided us through every step of the process to paint our own version of Frida.
